Are you the Coordinator who can help take our HR department’s services to the next level by optimizing processes and systems? Can you advise our board and management on HR policies and employment terms while also being a hands-on contributor at the operational level? If so, we’d love to meet you!
Here’s what you’ll be doing
As HR Desk Coordinator, you’ll play a key role within the HR department. You’ll do this in collaboration with the HR Desk team and the HR Business Partners. Key responsibilities in this role include:
Key priorities for the coming quarter include: supporting the HR desk team in implementing the changes, achieving quick wins in HR processes, exploring further automation—including improvements to e-learning processes—preparing for the budget process, and initiating the actions outlined in the Security Roadmap.
HR Desk
The HR Desk has five employees. The team ensures the timely, accurate, and complete processing of personnel data and company policies, as well as the analysis, reporting, and interpretation of personnel data.
To this end, the HR Desk is constantly attuned to the needs and questions of employees, management, and the HR Business Partners. Currently, the HR Desk team is implementing a division of work and processes based on first- and second-line support. In doing so, we are committed to increasing and promoting the self-reliance of employees and managers within the NPO. As HR Desk Coordinator, you will help make this a success by leveraging your decisiveness, conviction, and ability to build bridges.
The HR Desk’s vision focuses on automation, deepening expertise, and self-management. “Automation” follows the Click, Call, and Face principle, which aligns with how the HR Desk and the HR team aim to add value to the organization. “Deepening” by assigning more substantive expertise to the HR Desk, so that HR Business Partners can focus more on their own roles. And “self-management” because, as a team, we are perfectly capable of running day-to-day operations and need an HR Desk coordinator to help us improve.
You'll recognize yourself in this
As an HR Desk Coordinator, you have strong analytical skills and are data-driven. You have a solid understanding of HR systems. You are skilled at informing, persuading, and inspiring others, and at guiding them through change. You enjoy contributing ideas for a forward-thinking and sustainable HR policy and actively contribute to the development of the HR department. You can easily switch between strategic (10%), tactical (50%), and operational matters (40%).
Energy, teamwork, persuasiveness, and coaching others are skills you possess.
