As the Jobs Pact Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the implementation of the Jobs Pact within the Province of Utrecht. Specifically:

You have strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, which enables you to connect with stakeholders. You are an experienced professional in the field of inclusive employment and job coaching who enjoys helping others translate policies and agreements into tangible results in the workplace. You will be part of the People & Organization (P&O) team within the HR Advisory cluster. You will work alongside recruitment and selection consultants, policy advisors, HR advisors, team leaders, the Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator, and external partners such as the WSP/UWV, job coach networks, and educational institutions. You will serve as the central point of contact for both management and employees listed in the Target Group Registry.
