WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A CONTROLLER?

As a controller, you’ll support various departments within the organization and the CFO with challenging tasks. It’s a dynamic role: one moment you’re helping a colleague with a question about a payment, and the next you’re working on optimizing the digital accounting system. Because you process and optimize the companies’ accounting using useful tools, the board and management team have immediate insight.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

Handling various recurring payments;
Assist in preparing financial statement files;
Verifying invoice details, entering them into the system in a timely manner, and authorizing payment;
Responding to supplier reminders and taking corrective action;
Tracking contracts and contracts set to expire with suppliers;
Preparing management reports and creating summaries for, for example, the executive board, operational departments, or the auditor;
Responsible for the monthly closing of the sub-ledgers, ensuring that the suspense accounts are in balance;
Payroll processing;
Contribute to the optimization of work processes;
An advisory role for the manager.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU AS A CONTROLLER?

Available for 32–40 hours;
A completed associate's degree in business administration, business economics, or SPD;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
Proficiency in Excel;
Knowledge of Exact Online is a plus;
Knowledge of Nmbrs is a plus;
Analytical, meticulous, and skilled at planning, organizing, and prioritizing;
A persuasive and strong personality;
Focused on process and quality improvement
