
At INVOLV, everything revolves around participation in healthcare, social services, and research. We are a knowledge center that provides organizational consulting and training. We do this for and with patient and client organizations, but community participation has also become an integral part of our work. Of course, participation isn’t something you do alone, so we also focus on our partners, such as researchers, government agencies, and healthcare organizations. And our Brand & Marketing team is looking for a new content marketer in 2025.
A year ago, we introduced INVOLV as our new brand name. This was a significant step toward building a strong brand. The Brand & Marketing Team has identified numerous challenges in the annual plan. We are therefore looking for a Content Marketer to work 24–32 hours per week who will play a key role in this effort.
Are you skilled at turning (sometimes complex) information into engaging, target-audience-focused content and campaigns? Are you curious, creative, and interested in working for an organization that offers plenty of freedom and flexibility to shape your own role? If so, please read on!
We are looking for a Creative content specialist with an understanding of user needs and data (24–32 hours per week).Within our organization, you’ll be one of the key points of contact for our online presence. Together with your teammates, you’ll ensure that our communications are clear, engaging, and up-to-date. What do we present, where, to whom, and how? You have solid, creative ideas on these topics that you can easily put into action.
You’ll be our driving force behind content creation, adapting existing content for various purposes, target audiences, and channels. For example, you’ll skillfully repurpose information from our website into engaging LinkedIn posts and design visually appealing elements that reinforce our message. To do this, you’ll need a keen eye for images and video, as well as proficiency in editing them. With that experience, you know how to strike the right visual tone so that our target audiences can relate to the content. Within communication projects, you advise on professional, creative, and engaging (online) campaigns at the thematic level, coordinate them, monitor them, and evaluate them afterward. And you provide the team with insights into the performance of our content so that we can continuously improve.
