• Adapts easily and views complex problems as a challenge.
• You have a background in real estate and/or urban development and knowledge of (or an interest in) process management and project leadership.
• Experience working for a private-sector company.
• You are familiar with the substantive aspects of private area development (such as spatial planning procedures, SOK, and ROK), or you are open to learning about them.
• You are able to connect internal and external stakeholders with your infectious energy and understanding of personal motivations.
• Coaching, motivating, and guiding stakeholders toward the ultimate goal, with a focus on results.
• You have a visionary outlook and are able to inspire people to take action on their own.
• You thrive on working with a self-motivated team and enjoy helping to further develop it.

What does a consultant in private GO do?

• Discover and optimize projects using the stakeholder management method.
• Oversight of all aspects of private land development, from the initial proposal through the GREX phase.
• Providing concrete solutions and connecting stakeholders to drive results for major developers.
• Speaking the language of the government to build connections and provide guidance.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of self-managing teams within RPR.
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues through the RPR Academy and collaborating on projects.

The salary range is based on a 40-hour workweek.
