What you will be doing

In this role, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to support clients in developing their performance and compensation policies. You will provide advice on organizational design, (executive) compensation, employee value proposition, employee experience, and people analytics. You will combine data analysis with market insights to create tailored solutions. Your focus will be on improving the overall employee experience and optimizing compensation structures, with a focus on salary levels and other employment conditions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Developing and implementing innovative compensation and performance management processes.
• Provide advice on strategies for performance and career management, including (executive) compensation.
• Helping organizations design their employee value proposition and compensation packages.
• Analysis of market trends and employee preferences to provide forward-looking recommendations.
• Providing data-driven analyses to support compensation and performance policies.

You will be working in the Performance and Rewards team, a close-knit group of 15 consultants, a team lead, and two administrative assistants. Our team focuses on strategic HR issues such as organizational structure, performance management, and compensation policy. The team works closely together and offers a great mix of professionalism and camaraderie, with plenty of room for your own input and creativity. Innovation, teamwork, and personal development are our top priorities.

Here's what to bring

• A completed master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in HR (consulting), compensation policy, organizational development, and/or data analysis.
• An interest in analyzing and managing compensation policies and the employee experience.
• Strong numerical aptitude and experience with data analysis.
• Organizational awareness and an interest in project management.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
