In this role, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to support clients in developing their performance and compensation policies. You will provide advice on organizational design, (executive) compensation, employee value proposition, employee experience, and people analytics. You will combine data analysis with market insights to create tailored solutions. Your focus will be on improving the overall employee experience and optimizing compensation structures, with a focus on salary levels and other employment conditions.

You will be working in the Performance and Rewards team, a close-knit group of 15 consultants, a team lead, and two administrative assistants. Our team focuses on strategic HR issues such as organizational structure, performance management, and compensation policy. The team works closely together and offers a great mix of professionalism and camaraderie, with plenty of room for your own input and creativity.
