Do you want to be stronger tomorrow than you are today, and do you want to make an impact in the public sector? Then read on!
Here's what you'll be doing
As an Education Consultant at Morgens, you’ll take on an independent and responsible role in the change initiatives we support. On a typical workday, for example, you might spend the morning leading a workshop with a colleague on process improvement at a university of applied sciences. In the afternoon, you’ll work on translating a faculty’s strategy into concrete project proposals, and at the end of the afternoon, you’ll interview an administrator about how she organizes Lifelong Learning at her university.
We are looking for several colleagues who have project management experience, work in a structured manner, and have a good understanding of the human side of change. We currently have openings for a junior, mid-level, and senior position.
You’re driven by the desire to improve education and make a difference for our clients. You also enjoy working with others and aren’t afraid to juggle multiple projects at once.
Morgens helps educational institutions stay abreast of developments in education and beyond. Issues such as academic success, efficient educational logistics, student-centeredness, and connections to the professional field are always relevant to every educational institution. The education of tomorrow is capable of constant improvement. Such an organization requires strong leadership, employee ownership, and the trust to work together. Becoming more decisive. Increasing problem-solving capabilities.
View the case studies on the website for examples of our projects. You can find research and publications on data in our magazine.

All of this within a close-knit and friendly team that is passionate about what we do.
Who We Are
Since our founding in 2001, our consultants have been helping organizations in the healthcare, government, and education sectors build greater capacity for progress, so they are ready for the challenges of tomorrow. Better tomorrow than today. This applies both to the organizations we work for and to ourselves. We have an enthusiastic, enterprising, motivated, and growing team of nearly 60 employees.
Our consultants don’t write lengthy reports or take over the entire organization. The client remains in charge of the change, and we act as facilitators. We have specialized market knowledge and are familiar with the stakeholders, regulations, and relevant developments. We focus on the human side of change and ensure buy-in and sustainable behavioral change.
