In this role, you will manage two freelancers (a social media freelancer and a graphic designer) and be responsible for all offline and online communications for our theater, bookstore, and publishing house. You will report to the foundation’s director.
In 2023, we will focus on conducting a reader survey, developing a social media strategy, and increasing poetry sales through our bookstore and new online store.

Perdu, a foundation for poetry and experimentation, has been active in Amsterdam’s cultural scene for over thirty years. The organization currently consists of a director, an external programming coordinator, a technical director, an accessibility and inclusion coordinator, and a freelance PR and communications specialist who keep everything running smoothly. Volunteers play a major role in shaping the content of our activities.
The Perdu Foundation receives a recurring grant from the Amsterdam Fund for the Arts (AFK) for the period 2021–2024 and also generates substantial revenue of its own.
Perdu offers an inspiring work environment with a professional core team and motivated volunteers.
