The Marketing and Communications Team is bursting with energy following a fantastic rebranding process, as we move forward as Kind&co ludens with new brand principles, a new logo, and a fresh, vibrant design. Our Marketing and Communications Team is the driving force behind Kind&co ludens’ brand image. We support our childcare centers across the regions as well as the departments at the Service Office. Our focus? The right positioning strategy, strengthening our brand, reputation management, and launching inspiring campaigns. The department also advises and facilitates the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans. This encompasses everything from attracting and retaining parents and new colleagues to corporate and crisis communication, PR, and serving as a spokesperson.
We are looking for an experienced communications advisor who can take our communications with parents and current colleagues to the next level with fresh ideas and strategic insights. You will work alongside a diverse and creative team consisting of 3 communications advisors, a marketing communications advisor, 2 communications and content specialists, a marketing and communications assistant, a project manager, and a graphic designer.
The position
- You will provide advice and support regarding internal communications to our colleagues.
- Working closely with the team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of plans and activities focused on parents and current colleagues.
- You will manage and optimize our internal communication tools, such as the intranet, the newsletter, and a new internal magazine currently in development.
- You will coordinate internal communication activities such as the end-of-year gift and Educator Appreciation Day.
- You will work with our Customer Service & Planning department to provide advice and support regarding the organization’s communications with parents. This includes messages on the parent portal/Parent App and the ongoing development of the customer journey.
- You will provide advice and support in implementing the social media strategy and in the areas of content and creative production (website, newsletters, photos, and videos) aimed at parents.
- You will provide advice and support in the development of external initiatives and new customer propositions.
- You will coordinate and assist with the implementation of the customer satisfaction survey.
- You will participate in organization-wide projects led by departments such as HR and our Pedagogy & Quality department, and provide advice on internal and external communications.
- You write clear and inspiring texts.
You're a good fit for us because you:
- You have a college-level education and possess the corresponding level of work and thinking skills, with a degree in Communication
- have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- have experience in strategic and tactical consulting and project management;
- You have a creative mindset and can empathize with the target audiences;
- enjoys working with others and has strong communication skills;
- works closely with other consultants and colleagues both within and outside the team.
- You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and know how to gain support.

Here's what you get in return:
- a one-year contract for 32 hours per week, with the possibility of a permanent position
- a salary in pay grade 9 (€3,450 to €4,705) based on a 36-hour workweek
- An 8% vacation bonus and a 4% year-end bonus;
