At INVOLV, everything revolves around participation in healthcare, well-being, and research. We are a knowledge center, provide organizational consulting, and offer training. We do this for and with patient and client organizations, but community participation has also become an integral part of our work. Of course, participation isn’t something you do alone, so we also focus on our partners, such as researchers, government agencies, and healthcare organizations.

Creative Communications Consultant (28–32 hours per week)
We introduced our new name, INVOLV, about four months ago. For the Brand & Marketing team, this naturally presents numerous challenges. Building the brand means clearly communicating our positioning both internally and externally. This means developing ambitious project plans, improving the use of existing channels, and staying open to new opportunities. You share these ambitions, collaborate easily with other teams, and know how to present plans persuasively. You enjoy conducting interviews and writing articles, or contributing to the production of podcasts and webinars. Furthermore, you are able to communicate our positioning to external stakeholders, such as umbrella organizations and other civil society organizations in our network. These are just a few examples of the versatility and importance of this role.
At INVOLV, everything revolves around participation in healthcare, social services, and research. We are a knowledge center, provide organizational consulting, and offer training. Of course, participation isn’t something you do alone, so we also focus on our partners, such as researchers, government agencies, and healthcare organizations.
Our team currently consists of five colleagues: two communications consultants, a communications specialist, a marketer, and a team leader. We are expanding our team, including by hiring a content manager and a communications consultant. You could be the one to fill the latter role if you have extensive relevant work experience to handle this independent position.
