What you will be doing

As a marketing and communications consultant at Wij Techniek, you’ll be working as a true all-rounder. That’s perfect, because both executing and providing support in the development of communications plans are right up your alley. The industry faces a challenge: attracting talent. With your skills, you’ll ensure that Wij Techniek maintains a strong presence and stays connected to the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Helping to develop and implement marketing and communication plans.
Creating newsletters and producing engaging content for social media and the website.
Writing texts.
Analyze data from sources such as social media and the website—that way, you’ll know you’re on the right track.
Managing external agencies.

Experience as a consultant in online marketing and communications; you’ll easily pick up the tasks in this area.
You thrive on switching between operational, tactical, and advisory tasks.
You enjoy working on projects and are good at it.
You connect easily with your colleagues and are willing to listen to others' opinions.
You act as a strong partner for your colleagues, helping to translate their needs into marketing communication strategies.
Writing comes easily to you (unless you outsource it to an external agency).

Our offerings

If you choose Wij Techniek in Woerden, we have these great benefits waiting for you:

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from €3,919.00 to €5,337.00 (based on full-time employment and depending on your education and experience).
You’ll start with a one-year contract for up to 32 hours per week. If we’re both satisfied, we’d be happy to convert that into a permanent contract.
It is possible to work from home: on average, 50% in the office and 50% at home, depending on your schedule.
You’ll receive a generous pension plan through PMT, 25 vacation days + 13 compensatory days (for full-time employees), and €90.00 in health insurance coverage.
