What will you be doing as a Commercial Idealist?

As a Commercial Idealist, you’ll market NewBees INC.’s products and serve as a point of contact for employers. You’ll contribute to the organization’s growth and our ambition to increase our impact 100-fold within four years. You know better than anyone that this role requires more than just strong writing skills or a smooth talking style. It demands perseverance and empathy. You listen carefully to your conversation partner and respond to their questions and needs. You can offer advice based on your experience. Furthermore, you will:

• proactively working toward NewBees INC.’s strategic goals and growth;
• find and follow up on leads;
• ways to improve engagement with customers;
• developing customized proposals for clients and maintaining client relationships;
• We are constantly improving NewBees INC. products with the help of your knowledge and experience.

What do we expect from you as a Commercial Idealist?

You’re bold and results-driven. For you, every lead is a new customer, because you make a positive first impression on everyone. And you’re always on the lookout for new opportunities to raise awareness about inclusion, so that NewBees INC. can make an ever-greater impact. Additionally:

• Are you a good listener and do you understand what the customer needs?
• Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit that aligns with NewBees' ambitions?
• You speak and write Dutch and English well;
• You have a strong interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you’re able to effectively explain why these issues are so important to our clients.
