Business Development Manager

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a business development manager, you increase customer value by identifying new opportunities, establishing new relationships, and gradually expanding existing services. You are also responsible for following up on new business leads and converting these prospects into customers. Backed by your own experience and a team in which sales, sales support, and marketing work closely together, you know how to achieve your goals. For your clients, you are a point of contact, an advisor, and a resource. You possess your own subject matter knowledge and rely on experienced psychologists and trainers for specialized expertise. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle—from identifying client needs and drafting the initial proposal to negotiating and finalizing contracts. In a commercial role, you contribute to monitoring and continuously improving our customer experience. Our goal as a sales team is to offer the best solutions for our clients and provide the best customer experience. For us, these two always go hand in hand.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You're curious, bold, and energetic
• You have strong communication skills, can handle stress well, work independently, and have a structured approach to your work
• You have at least five years of experience in a commercial B2B role, preferably in the HR field
• You have an extensive network at both the operational and strategic levels
• You have at least a college-level education and way of thinking
• You are available to work 36–40 hours per week
