Industry Coach for the South Holland Region

What you will be doing

As an Industry Coach, you serve as an ambassador for Wij Techniek in your region. You help small and medium-sized businesses and professionals move forward by:

• **Company Visits**

**You’ll reach out to small and medium-sized businesses, discuss their development needs and company culture, and assist with initial inquiries.

• Provide Information and Advice: You will inform employers about our services and gather information about their development needs.
• We at Techniek represent... You are an ambassador for our organization and promote it to companies and professionals.
• Organizing Employee Meetings You encourage employees to take control of their careers and organize meetings for this purpose.

**Identifying Trends**

**You monitor industry developments and report on them.**

• **HR Support**

**You will answer HR-related questions and refer employees to experts when necessary.

**Referrals to Experts**

**You assist clients by connecting them with experts, such as a Labor Market Advisor, a Regional Manager, or industry experts on labor market issues. You also refer them to experts from social partners.

**Coordination of Occupational Safety and Health Matters**

**You consult with experts when you have questions about occupational health and safety-related topics and when organizational changes occur.

**Career Counseling**

**You will conduct interviews with professionals to help them with their personal development.**

What are we looking for?

You are enthusiastic and persuasive, listen carefully to employers and employees, ask the right questions, and dig deeper to get to the heart of the matter. Networking comes naturally to you, and you understand what motivates professionals in our industry. Proactive customer engagement and knowledge of human resources are essential in this role. You also have a customer-focused, friendly, and helpful attitude.

Your strength

You are a team player and know how to motivate others. You have:

• HBO/HBO+ level of work and thinking in the field of HR or business administration
• Experience in coaching or mentoring.

Up-to-date knowledge of the job market and your field.

Noloc certification or a willingness to obtain this certification.

Knowledge, training, and courses related to the services offered by Wij Techniek

Competitive salaryBetween €4,648.80 and €6,559.27 (based on full-time employment, depending on experience).

Flexible Work Arrangement: You’ll work from home, be on the go, and visit the office in Woerden about once a month on average.

25 vacation days + 13 ADV days, a pension plan through PMT, and €90 in health insurance coverage (for full-time employees).
