Through theSER Diversity in the Workplace project, the Social and Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER) is helping to create an inclusive labor market. It does this by encouraging companies to sign the Diversity Charter and develop action plans in the areas of diversity and inclusion. In this way, SER Diversity in the Workplace promotes a diverse workforce and an inclusive corporate culture among Dutch companies, organizations, and industry associations. As part of this project, there is a vacancy for a new “Diversity and Inclusion Policy Officer.”

This is a position for 24–28 hours per week, initially for a period of one year. The salary, depending on knowledge and experience, is up to €4,949 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours per week). In addition, we offer excellent employment conditions: a year-end bonus in December, a pension plan with the ABP, and opportunities for professional and personal development. The SER collective bargaining agreement applies.
Team SER Diversity in the Workplace
You will be joining a diverse team of eleven dedicated colleagues. For us, a diverse and inclusive work environment is one of the key factors in our organization’s success. The team is part of the SER’s broader “Diversity and Inclusion” program. We work either from home or at our office in The Hague.
