Would you like to help keep the residents of Zaanstreek-Waterland safe? Are you looking for a challenging work environment where you can help keep the residents of Zaanstreek-Waterland safe?
At the start of your workday, you check your email. You respond to a question from a manager regarding employment terms and conditions. You also notice that a new circular has been sent out by the employers’ association of safety regions. You review it immediately and assess its implications for the organization. After that, a fellow HR advisor asks for your advice on a case involving an employee. Together, you explore the steps and potential consequences. You jointly develop a strategy to present as advice to the manager.
Today is the deadline for submitting materials for the management team meeting. Go over the proposals you’ve prepared one last time to make sure they’re complete. Then forward them for the agenda.
After lunch, you will have an online national meeting. During this meeting, you will discuss national developments regarding the second-career policy and the Act on the Normalization of the Legal Status of Civil Servants with your colleagues from across the country.
Later this afternoon, you will continue working on the implementation of the leave harmonization policy, which takes effect on January 1.
This is just a typical workday. Does this sound like something you'd enjoy? Then we're looking for you!
