Who are we?

Friendly Fire is a young, dynamic, and growing company with a casual yet professional work environment.

We are based in Amsterdam and specialize in organizing concerts and events

and with booking and managing domestic and international artists. We provide the following services for these artists

including performing at clubs and festivals, planning careers, and connecting with other stakeholders

parties such as agents, record labels, (tour) managers, publishers, etc. This is how we work with, among others

with and for artists such as Måneskin, Phoebe Bridgers, Snoop Dogg, Danny Vera, BADBADNOTGOOD, Krezip,

Yade Lauren, Noah Kahan, The Teskey Brothers, and many others. We also produce

Friendly Fire is part of FKP Scorpio, a European group of concert and festival organizers with

offices in various European countries.

The work includes the following tasks, among others:

• You will create and manage budgets, taking into account expected costs and revenues;
• You are in constant contact throughout the day with external stakeholders on various projects, such as

  including production companies, agents, venues, and others;

• Promoting a show is a team effort, and you are the key link in this process; you keep track of deadlines

  gaps, coordinates with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and the booking team;

• Coordinating announcements and on-sale campaigns
• Collecting and sending out ticket counts
• You will serve as the point of contact for the artist and her team and represent Friendly Fire in the

  before, during, and after the show;

• You are the central point of contact for all deadlines and the quality of our services and deliveries at the

  setting up the show;

Who are you?

• You love events and (live) music across a variety of genres—that’s what you’ll be doing all day long

  are;

• Experience in the (live) music industry is a plus, but not required;
• You attend Friendly Fire's promoted shows whenever possible and are willing to

  to work with some flexibility; these shows will usually take place in the evenings and/or on weekends

• You have strong communication skills;
• You are able to work with Excel and Outlook;
• You are able to work and communicate in Dutch and English;
• You are proactive, enjoy having control and a clear overview, like to take the initiative, and work in a structured manner, even under pressure.

• Salary based on experience: €2,350 to €3,200.
