
Stichting Lezen is the leading center of knowledge and expertise for reading promotion and literary education. We work to strengthen the culture of reading in the Netherlands. We do this by fostering scientific research and collecting relevant research data. Using this information, we develop solutions that promote reading at home, in schools, in libraries, in youth health care, and in child care settings. Stichting Lezen coordinates the BoekStart and Bibliotheek op school programs nationwide.
As an Administrative & Programs Assistant, you’ll be the linchpin of our administrative operations. You’ll have a wide range of responsibilities and will work closely with your colleagues, as well as independently at times.
The tasks are:
In the absence of the financial assistant and the project administration assistant, you will serve as the point of contact for colleagues and business partners.
We are looking for someone with a versatile administrative background. You enjoy switching between different roles. You can set priorities, are proactive, and take responsibility for your work. You enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to step in where needed. In addition,
One to two years of work experience in a similar role is preferred for this position, but we also welcome applications from entry-level candidates. For Stichting Lezen, motivation and a willingness to learn are of great importance.
