Application Administrator

What will you be doing?

• You will contribute to various projects to ensure that change agents are registered and that our change capacity is organized as effectively as possible.
• You will manage the CRM system and related systems where our change agents are registered on a daily basis, and assist colleagues with their work in these systems.
• You will share your knowledge and expertise regarding HubSpot (the CRM system used by the Movement Development Department) and related systems with your colleagues in the Movement Development Department.
• You will be responsible for integrating HubSpot with Milieudefensie’s other systems.
• You ensure high data quality.

What is a change agent?

We try to involve as many people as possible in our campaigns. There are many different ways to do this, ranging from highly active to less so. We also refer to these people as “change-makers.” The more people who join us, the more pressure we can put on large polluting companies. Polluters are powerful, but together we are stronger.

What are you bringing?

• You have experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
• You have a good grasp of the big picture, work in a structured manner, and are solution-oriented.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are passionate about the role you can play as an application administrator in building a powerful climate movement.
• Experience facilitating training sessions is a plus.
• Experience in test management is preferred.

Who do you work with?

You will work closely with the other organizers in the movement-building department, with colleagues from the data team, and with various project groups within the campaign.

What do we offer?

• A one-year contract with the option to extend.
• A salary ranging from €3,315 to €4,455 for full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience. At Milieudefensie, this is a 37.5-hour workweek.
• A temporary gross allowance of €100 for full-time employees (this allowance will remain in effect until the new job and pay structure is implemented).
• Your own laptop that you take home with you every day, so you can work from home as well.
• The ability to arrange your work hours flexibly.
• The option to exchange (Christian) holidays for other holidays.
