
Are you a natural organizer with a keen eye for detail? Would you like to play a key role within our organization and help strengthen both the Works Council (OR) and the Student Council (SR)? Then we’re looking for you!
As an administrative secretary, you will manage the secretariat for the Works Council (24 hours) and the Staff Council (4 hours), ensuring seamless scheduling, accurate documentation, and detailed reporting. You will monitor the implementation of agreements and procedures and support both councils in both organizational and policy matters.
You will work closely with the executive secretary, the legal counsel, and the chair of the Student Council, among others, and you will play a key role in formulating recommendations for the Executive Board.
