All-around office assistant

What will you be doing? 

• You are the first point of contact for external parties who submit questions via email and social media. You will either answer them yourself whenever possible or forward the question to the appropriate colleague.
• You will assist the management team with planning and organizing meetings, formatting documents correctly, and filing and retrieving documents.
• You will be responsible for the preparation (including amenities such as coffee/tea, a screen, etc.), the organization, and the minutes of internal and external meetings.
• You will assist the entire PlatformACCT team with administrative tasks, such as office supplies, IT, and expense reports.
• You will assist with the processing of incoming invoices.

You will be supervised by the executive secretary and will report to the director.

Experience in the cultural and creative sector and/or professional experience as a creator within the sector is a plus.

What do we offer?

You will be offered a 20-hour-per-week position for one year, with the possibility of a permanent position.

You can arrange your hours flexibly. We expect you to be at our office in Amsterdam on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The rest of the time, you can work from home.

The salary is based on pay scale 5 or 6 (depending on experience) under the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement (which we follow). You will accrue pension benefits, receive vacation pay, and a year-end bonus. Additional benefits include: parental leave, educational support, a work-from-home allowance, and reimbursement for commuting expenses.
