About the role

You will work as part of a dedicated team alongside two HR consultants and one HR staff member, with you taking on the coordinating role. Together, you will set the direction and help the organization advance in the area of human development.

You switch effortlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational levels. You are a persuasive interlocutor for the board, management team, supervisors, and works council, and you know how to translate strategic HR issues into concrete actions. In our organization, HR is integrated into the line: managers have a clear HR role toward their employees, and you and your team members support them in this with advice and tools.

Your areas of focus

In the coming period, the focus will be on:

  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • HR Data & Analytics
  • Strengthening the learning organization: results-oriented work, adoption of digital and other 21st-century skills
  • Absenteeism Prevention and Sustainable Employability

In addition, you will work on improving and implementing HR processes and tools. You will make a significant contribution to an organization where employees are given the opportunity to grow and enjoy working together.

Who are we looking for?

A professional with:

  • Knowledge and skills commensurate with a college-level standard of work and thinking, regardless of your formal educational background—for example, through relevant work experience. Extensive experience with organizational development, HR policies, and tools.
  • Strategic insight and a passion for executing plans.
  • The ability to get people on board, both at the executive level and on the shop floor.
  • A proactive attitude: you don’t just sit back and wait; you take the initiative and think ahead.
  • Strong analytical skills, integrity, and organizational awareness.
  • A collaborative and coaching-oriented approach to working together.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience with the AFAS Insite and Outsite HR information systems is a plus.

  • A salary in accordance with Scale K of the Housing Services Collective Bargaining Agreement (€5,097 – €6,890 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek, effective January 1, 2026)
