As an Education & Quality Advisor, you will serve as a sounding board for the
college directors and program managers from the Welfare &
Health and Physical Education, Social Studies. You analyze and evaluate it
educational policy at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels and translates
your insights into concrete improvements. But you don’t stop at just giving advice,
You ensure that changes are truly implemented throughout the organization.
You will be working on topics such as:
quality improvement
trade
tracking a student's progress
Development (vocational certificates, microcredentials)
In addition
you will contribute to Deltion-wide projects such as the implementation of a
Learning Management System or Making Education and Work More Flexible, you will collaborate with the
educational teams. You make sure that it doesn't just stay as nice plans on paper
not just say it, but actually do something about it. And you do that with conviction,
creativity and a good sense of what works in practice.
You will become part of an enthusiastic and knowledgeable consulting team that is dedicated to
focuses on educational development and quality. Together, you ensure
innovative and future-proof solutions that contribute to growth and
