Within the HRD team, we are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to address various development challenges for employees in staff and supervisory roles. In addition, the team is working to professionalize the field of Learning & Development. Would you like to contribute to our goals in the areas of learning, development, and professionalization?

You will focus on development issues and the range of staff and coaching roles available. In this role, you will handle operational tasks, serve as a sounding board for HR Advisors and managers, and help teams organize development in a structured and practical way. You will translate organizational goals and team needs into a concrete approach and a range of options that align with what employees need—both now and in the future.
Pantar is constantly evolving. You will ensure that learning and development align with these changes by designing programs and tools, and by translating organizational developments into concrete learning interventions.
