Within the HRD team, we are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to address various development challenges for employees in staff and supervisory roles. In addition, the team is working to professionalize the field of Learning & Development. Would you like to contribute to our goals in the areas of learning, development, and professionalization?

A glimpse into the world of this role

You will focus on development issues and the range of staff and coaching roles available. In this role, you will handle operational tasks, serve as a sounding board for HR Advisors and managers, and help teams organize development in a structured and practical way. You will translate organizational goals and team needs into a concrete approach and a range of options that align with what employees need—both now and in the future. 

Pantar is constantly evolving. You will ensure that learning and development align with these changes by designing programs and tools, and by translating organizational developments into concrete learning interventions. 

What you will be doing 

Together with your colleagues, you will work on various topics and projects. These may include: 

  • Further development of (the offerings within) our Pantar Academy 
  • Evaluating and adapting existing training programs to ensure they meet our current and future needs; 
  • Implementation and further development of a new LMS; 
  • The development and refinement of an onboarding program 
  • (Facilitating) Leadership Development
  • Expansion of course offerings, materials, teaching methods, and workplace learning.

In this role: 

  • We provide guidance on learning and development issues (individual, team, and organization-wide). 
  • Identify your development needs and design appropriate learning interventions that are relevant to real-world practice. 
  • Develop and coordinate your learning activities and development initiatives: from design to implementation and assurance. 
  • You work with internal and external partners to organize a suitable, high-quality program. 
  • Track what works and make adjustments as needed, so that learning and development demonstrably contribute to results.

You will also have access to: 

  • At least a college-level standard of work and thinking 
  • Relevant education in the field of Learning and Development. 
  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Consultant. 
  • Experience in designing and refining learning programs and/or development pathways.

In addition to the fact that you’ll be working for the largest (but above all, the most enjoyable) social enterprise in the greater Amsterdam area, Pantar offers excellent benefits, such as:

  • Salary: Salary in accordance with scale 10 of the PGA (minimum €3,777, maximum €5,554 gross for a 36-hour workweek). An Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05% that you can use as you see fit. Health insurance allowance and a group discount on supplemental insurance with Zilveren Kruis and Centraal Beheer Achmea. Work-from-home allowance in accordance with the PGA;
  • Hours: You are available for 32–36 hours per week;
  • Work environment: An informal work environment and a place where collaboration is key;
  • Work location: You will be based in Diemen. Hybrid work is possible to a limited extent in this role;
  • Leave: Do you work full-time? If so, you’re entitled to 144 statutory leave hours and 57.6 additional leave hours per year. You can also purchase additional leave through the IKB. This helps you maintain a better work-life balance;
  • Travel: Pantar offers a mileage allowance for commuting of €0.10 per km when traveling by car, €0.15 when traveling by bicycle, or €0.21 when using public transportation;
  • Pension: Pension accrual through PFZW, 60% paid by Pantar;
