Let me introduce myself
Kunstloc Brabant aims to enable as many residents of Brabant as possible to participate in art and culture. Art and culture provide fertile ground for curiosity, wonder, and imagination. When art and culture become a natural and indispensable part of every Brabant resident’s daily life, this fosters innovation in our society. As a knowledge and implementation organization for North Brabant, we help enablers and innovators expand the role of art and culture in society by providing access to networks, expertise, and funding. We do this with great enthusiasm and for the broader arts and culture sector.
You’ll be getting started with impact management! This involves tracking and analyzing data on the impact of our services and/or projects. The indicators are set up, and we know how the data should be collected. You’ll keep track of everything, check that the data is being collected properly, and make adjustments if needed. You’ll collect some of the data yourself, and you’ll also support your colleagues in how they should collect data. Always in collaboration and with a practical focus. In addition, you’ll analyze the data that’s already been collected and interpret it together with your colleagues. In doing so, you’ll link the results to a previously developed impact model or Theory of Change. Not sure how to do all this yet? Don’t worry—in June, the colleague you’re replacing will be available to help you with the handover. Another colleague from the team will also assist you with this. What you do bring to the table are your research skills, which you know how to translate into practice-oriented research.
