HR and Operations Consultant

What will you be doing?

  • You are

    responsible for human resources (with the exception of the

    payroll administration) at the operational, tactical, and strategic levels;

    including everything that contributes to employee satisfaction and well-being, such as further

    development of HR policies, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion,

    staffing and organizational development, workplace management, volunteer policy

    and hybrid work;

    helps managers conduct performance reviews and provides advice on personal development and training;

  • You will support

    managers also play a role in recruiting new colleagues; you write

    for example, much better job postings than this one, and helps with the

    implementation and digitization of onboarding and offboarding procedures and establishes the

    keeps a close eye on how employees are doing and helps managers with

    absenteeism support and compliance with the Gatekeeper Act;

  • You

    implements collective bargaining agreements and other binding labor agreements

    and the benefits package;
