What will you be doing?
- Advising: Advising artists and cultural entrepreneurs on funding opportunities for their projects and assisting them with loan applications.
- Client Relationship Management: We develop our loans and guarantees in collaboration with policymakers and financial partners. You are the one who maintains contact with our network and expands it.
- Creating impactful products: For example, through an article, workshop, or by using your expertise to help optimize the Cultural Funding Guide, so that our target audience is better able to find the right funding mix for their project. You enjoy taking the initiative and coming up with ideas to increase our impact.
- Collaboration: You enjoy working with colleagues within the Financial Facilities team and the broader Finance team. You serve as the link between both teams.
What do you bring to the table?
- Relevant knowledge and experience in financing, preferably in small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Strong communication skills – you can convey financial information clearly.
- Networking skills – You know how to build and maintain lasting relationships with partners.
- Proactive and analytical mindset – You think strategically and identify and seize opportunities.
What do we offer you?
- Immediate start: A challenging and meaningful 32-hour-per-week position.
- Contract & Salary: Initially a one-year contract. If it’s a good fit, there is a possibility of a permanent position. Salary range: €3,512 to €4,903 (based on full-time hours), depending on your experience.
- Flexibility: We have a hybrid work setup. You can work from home half the time and come to our cozy office in the heart of Amsterdam once a week.
- Personal development through courses and coaching.
Extras: - 25 vacation days and 12 compensatory days off (based on full-time employment).
- Holiday leave so you can take time off on holidays that are important to you.
- Pension plan with an employee contribution of 6%.
- A laptop and, if you live outside Amsterdam, an NS Business Card (2nd class) for your commute.
