The Operations Department has focused primarily on implementing and

strengthening internal policies, working methods, procedures, and infrastructure. As a result,

there has been a need to strengthen efforts in the area of overall

day-to-day operations—and that’s where you come in.

Your responsibilities 

As an operations consultant, you will be

responsible for informing and advising managers,

management and employees regarding policies, tools, and (the use of)

procedures. You ensure that policies are developed and refined and are

implemented. What does that mean for your responsibilities?

    assists the Director of Operations with advice and support, acting as
