Operations Consultant

Since mid-2022, PZNL has stood for

the task of overseeing a nationwide activation program in the

palliative care; the National Palliative Care Program II (NPPZ II). To that end

In order to meet this challenge, PZNL has grown rapidly as an organization.

The Operations Department has focused primarily on implementing and

strengthening internal policies, working methods, procedures, and infrastructure. As a result,

there has been a need to strengthen efforts in the area of overall

day-to-day operations—and that’s where you come in.

Your responsibilities  

As an operations consultant, you will be

responsible for informing and advising managers,

management and employees regarding policies, tools, and (the use of)

procedures. You ensure that policies are developed and refined and are

implemented. What does that mean for your responsibilities?

• you

  assists the Director of Operations with advice and support, acting as

  sparring partner

• you

  You are a key link in the team, connecting the various specialists such as

  the HR consultant, the business consultant, the lawyer, etc.

• you

  analyzes management data and reports (in collaboration with the business economics

  (advisor and HR) and provides relevant data on this matter to managers,

  management and employees. Thanks to your proactive approach, you also ensure that

  you advise them on this matter and make suggestions for improvement that lead to the

  prepares meetings, creates schedules and progress reports, and ensures that

  that the team has provided broad support for operational management. At PZNL, we work

  to align with the working methods of the subject-matter teams.

  You are responsible for the IT portfolio; you are in charge of the

  availability of digital work environments and office automation, and you are the link

  You will work closely with the internal communications advisor to manage digital (communications

  you are constantly working on (process) improvements and projects; in the short term,

  for example, developing a risk management plan and a business continuity plan,

PZNL operates nationwide. We work in a hybrid model, which means that you
