Are you interested in labor market issues? Do you have knowledge of the education sector and excellent consulting skills? Then apply now for the position of consultant at CAOP!
As an advisor, you will perform a variety of tasks, with the primary focus of this position being on activities related to the secondary education labor market fund. This labor market fund supports school districts and schools in the secondary education sector and aims to optimize the education labor market and promote safe and dynamic working conditions.
You will maintain contact with (potential) clients, identify their needs, translate these into concrete proposals, and work on projects that contribute to improving the education labor market, labor relations, and the professional work environment in secondary education. This includes addressing issues such as staff shortages and teacher retention, regional collaboration, professional development, and promoting diversity and inclusion within personnel policy.
You won’t be carrying out these projects on your own. Depending on the assignment and the expertise required, a team will be assembled consisting of fellow consultants, researchers, and communications colleagues. You ensure that these projects are completed satisfactorily and within the established parameters. With your consulting skills, you know how to turn new opportunities into concrete proposals and assignments. You make this transition together with your colleagues and with people from the sector. Your experience, up-to-date knowledge in the field, and network within the education sector will come in handy here.
As a consultant, you may also be assigned to projects for other CAOP clients. The competencies we value at CAOP include flexibility, organizational sensitivity, customer focus, decisiveness, teamwork, reflection, and self-development.
