ABOUT US

Fonds 21 is an enterprising foundation that aims to make a positive contribution to today’s society by providing financial and substantive support to initiatives. With an annual grant budget of over 11 million euros, we support art projects, educational programs, and initiatives that enhance social opportunities for young people. We support both large and small projects throughout the Netherlands. 

WHAT YOU DO

In this role, you will be our administrative jack-of-all-trades for financial and project administration. As an Administrative Assistant:

  • Will you handle our financial administration (general ledger, accounts payable, payments)? 
  • You will assist the Operations Manager in preparing reports and the budget.
  • Provide administrative support for our projects.
  • Manage your various day-to-day office tasks.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, the project coordinator, and the consultants. Our office is located in the Creative Valley building on Orteliuslaan in Utrecht. The building is wheelchair accessible. 

YOUR PROFILE

As a meticulous, helpful, and motivated colleague with a vocational degree, you are eager to support our internal business processes and are open to continuous growth and development. Experience in a similar role is preferred. You are thorough, enjoy organizing tasks, and have an eye for detail. In addition, you are able to work both independently and as part of a team.

The workdays are Monday through Thursday. We offer a one-year contract with the possibility of permanent employment. The salary ranges from €2,500 to €3,500 (based on a 38-hour workweek), plus benefits.
