What will you be doing?
As an Account Manager, you’ll be in daily contact with NewBees INC’s new and existing clients. You’ll listen closely to the challenges employers face in improving DEI in the workplace. You’ll constantly be on the lookout for new opportunities and clients to expand our impact.
Next, you will:
- find and follow up with new customers;
- developing customized proposals and maintaining relationships;
- coordinate programs to maximize impact and customer satisfaction;
- improve internal processes and collaborate on product development.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is bold, a good listener, and knows how to ask the right questions. You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English, are interested in diversity and inclusion, and find fulfillment in contributing to an inclusive world.
In addition:
- Are you a self-starter who sees not problems, but interesting challenges?
- you can quickly switch between practical work and conceptual ideas. ;
- Do you enjoy diving deep into a topic and providing your clients with the best possible service?
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and organized enough to document your work clearly.
