The Royal Concertgebouw is considered one of the world’s leading concert halls thanks to its unparalleled acoustics and its diverse, high-quality programming. Our mission is to connect and enrich as many people as possible through a sublime musical experience.

As an account manager at the Concertgebouw, you play a key role in making events happen. Drawing on your knowledge and experience, your customer-focused approach, and various software programs, you contribute to the planning and execution of events at the Concertgebouw.

What will you be doing?
You will serve as the point of contact for clients and sponsors who wish to rent venues within the Concertgebouw to organize events. You will act as the client for the caterers, party managers, and AV companies, and will be responsible for the entire event from start to finish, including financial processing.
With your enthusiasm and attention to detail, you will build long-term relationships with event organizers to ensure they continue to host events, and you will contribute to the Concertgebouw’s mission to offer our guests a diverse range of high-quality events.

What does your team look like?
You will be part of the Events Department, a dedicated team of two other colleagues. The Events Department is part of the Production, Venue Rental, and Events Department.
