As a Financial Controller, you serve as thefinancialconscienceofthe organization and a strong, independent partner for management and the executive board. You provide reliable management information and translate financial data into strategic insights that guide decision-making. Vivell works with grants and projects. We use the project module within AFAS. This requires a broad overview, financial depth, and the ability to understand various complex grant flows. You actively immerse yourself in our grants and projects and connect financial realities to social objectives.
You will report to the Operations Manager and supervise two staff members within the Finance department. This finance position is currently being filled on an interim basis by an interim Finance Manager. With this recruitment, we are taking the next step in the structural strengthening and future-proofing of the Finance department. Together, you will continue to build a professionally organized finance department.

Financial control & strategic accountability
You ensure financial stability and make sure that financial data guides strategic decisions.

You identify areas where processes can be made smarter, more efficient, or more transparent, and take the initiative to implement improvements. An external AFAS consultant is available to assist with technical system issues.

The position is classified in pay grade 11 of the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement (maximum €7,017 gross per month for a full-time 36-hour workweek). You will start with a one-year contract, with the intention of extending it if both parties are satisfied. In addition, you will benefit from attractive employment conditions, including a flexible spending account of 16.3% (including vacation pay), a career development fund, and a competitive pension plan in accordance with the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement.
