About Refugee Team
At Refugee Team, we firmly believe that refugees deserve a full place in Dutch society and can make a valuable contribution to our community. That is why we support their integration every step of the way—from finding a place to live to securing paid employment. Through personalized guidance, interactive workshops, and volunteer work, we work together to ensure that they can take the lead in building a future in the Netherlands. The goal is for them to be part of the community from day one.
To temporarily replace our HR Manager during her maternity leave, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently lead and further develop our HR department during this period. We prefer a start date in mid-April.
Our HR team consists of two HR staff members and an HR manager. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR policy. During this period, you will be responsible for leading the team and will serve as a strategic partner to the executive board and managers. You will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently and will continue to build a sustainable HR structure.
As HR Manager, you play a crucial role in the growth of our company, have final responsibility for all HR matters, and are a member of the management team. You provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to the HR team and are responsible for developing and monitoring key HR initiatives, such as employee well-being, absenteeism, payroll and HR administration, organizational culture, and employee professional development.
Please send your cover letter (max. 350 words) and your resume, with the subject line "HR Manager," to vacatures@refugeeteam.nl.
