As the largest component of the cultural sector, Dutch museums are uniquely positioned to connect with society and bring together a wide variety of perspectives and people. Each museum tells a unique story, sparks conversations, and fosters cultural development. They showcase the past, tell our stories, and work toward a shared future. Because museums belong to and are for everyone.
As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the financial, digital, and facilities management processes of both the Museum Association and the Museum Card Foundation. As a member of the Management Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the organization’s stability and performance, including by coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the planning and control cycle.
The Museum Card is an important tool for museums. With over 1.3 million cardholders, it makes a significant contribution to museums’ revenue and the public interest. The Head of Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuity and development of the Museum Card.
