Office Manager
The Posttheater is located in the heart of Arnhem, behind Velperpoort Station. Throughout the region, we are known as the premier cabaret venue in the East. Well-known comedians such as Kasper van der Laan, Roué Verveer, and Guido Weijers call it home, and emerging talents like n00b and Fuad Hassen also enjoy performing here. Together with our partner Hoogte80 Festival—with whom we will merge in 2025—we are working to present performing arts where everyone feels at home. To that end, we will be developing many new activities in the coming years that focus on accessibility.
To ensure that all our activities run smoothly and to take the organization to the next level, we are looking to expand our team. As office manager, you will play a central role in the development of both the Posttheater and the Hoogte80 Festival.
Who are we looking for?
An office manager who:- Keeps the office running smoothly. If something needs to be done, you take care of it. This helps keep everything organized.
- Has sufficient numerical understanding to perform simple administrative tasks and ensures structured administrative management.
- The welcoming voice belongs to the Posttheater. You will manage and handle visitor inquiries via email, phone, our reservation system, and in person.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with sound human resources and occupational health and safety policies, as well as fostering a pleasant and safe work environment. For the Hoogte80 Festival, you will focus on developing the volunteer policy.
- The organization provides support by managing calendars and appointments, taking minutes, planning activities, and hosting guests.

Compensation is in accordance with the Dutch Performing Arts Collective Bargaining Agreement (CAO Nederlandse Podia). Depending on your education and experience, your salary will range from a minimum of €2,459.55 to a maximum of €3,022.02 gross per month, based on a full 36-hour workweek, excluding an 8% vacation allowance.The Posttheater and Hoogte80 Festival are committed to diversity in our staff, activities, partners, and audience reach.
