Are you an experienced and passionate Strategy Consultant? Do you enjoy working on projects related to strategy development, designing organizational and governance models, or being involved in decision-making for mergers?
We are looking for an enterprising senior consultant who is already working in the healthcare sector or is interested in making the transition to it. In this role, you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in this field and take the lead in driving the continued growth of our strategy team.
Does this sound like the right fit for you? If so, apply for the position of Senior Strategy Consultant (Healthcare Sector) at TwynstraGudde!
Together with colleagues, you will guide healthcare organizations in developing and refining their strategy. You will do this, for example, by working collaboratively with the client to develop an inspiring and effective vision, mission (the purpose), and strategy (the direction). In addition, you will advise on the (re)design of organizational structures and the methods used to govern and manage organizations. Finally, you will guide the decision-making process in mergers or acquisitions. You will do all of this in a participatory manner, in close collaboration with colleagues, employees, management, board members, and regulators, across the full spectrum of the healthcare sector.

Finally, you will take the lead in developing our (strategy) team and subject matter expertise.
We are looking for a colleague who is motivated to assist organizations with their strategic development, leadership structure, and mergers and acquisitions. You are curious, thrive on a challenge, and are driven to make an impact on complex projects.
You are organized and tailor your approach to the client’s specific needs and requirements. You keep a cool head and maintain a clear overview when working on multiple assignments at the same time. You independently take the lead on one or more assignments.
