 For the " Local Approach to Health Disparities" program (GezondIn) , we are looking for a

 Program Manager

32–36 hours per week 


Position

You are a manager with experience in setting an innovative vision and strategic direction, and you lead a program team of strategic advisors and project managers. With your entrepreneurial skills ,you are able to developimpactful and innovative multi-year plans and translate them into practice. You stay abreast of trends and developments and know how to align them with our objectives and potential opportunities for Pharos. You support the team by inspiring and motivating them and by clearly articulating the expectations and frameworks for their roles. In addition, you provide results-oriented guidance for the program in financial and operational matters. You have the energy and confidence to build connections both internally and externally and authoritatively convey the mission and vision of the program and Pharos. Through dialogue with others and the surrounding community, you know how to achieve objectives.


Are you our ideal candidate?

  • You have a university degree and demonstrable experience in the field at the strategic level;
  • You have extensive experience managing a team and have a proven (cross-functional) network.
  • You have experience securing (multi-year) contracts worth more than €500,000, and you find this work energizing.
  • You have a knack for getting things off the ground quickly, are capable of innovating, and know how to adapt quickly to change. 
  • You are passionate about addressing socioeconomic health disparities, understand the impact that external developments have on people in vulnerable socioeconomic situations or newcomers/migrants, and can apply that understanding to Pharos’s work.
  • You are an enthusiastic and collaborative manager and advisor.

What do we offer?

  • Pharos adheres to the Mental Health Care Collective Labor Agreement. The position is classified in pay scale 70, which ranges from €4,955 to €6,836 based on a 36-hour workweek. Salary is determined based on experience;
  • An 8% vacation bonus and an 8.33% year-end bonus;
  • At Pharos, we work from home an average of 50% of the time. You will receive a travel allowance and a work-from-home allowance.
  • A net phone allowance of €25 per month.

The position is for 32–36 hours per week. You will initially be offered a one-year contract, which will be converted to a permanent contract if both parties are satisfied.
