For the " Local Approach to Health Disparities" program (GezondIn) , we are looking for a
Program Manager
32–36 hours per week
Position
You are a manager with experience in setting an innovative vision and strategic direction, and you lead a program team of strategic advisors and project managers. With your entrepreneurial skills ,you are able to developimpactful and innovative multi-year plans and translate them into practice. You stay abreast of trends and developments and know how to align them with our objectives and potential opportunities for Pharos. You support the team by inspiring and motivating them and by clearly articulating the expectations and frameworks for their roles. In addition, you provide results-oriented guidance for the program in financial and operational matters. You have the energy and confidence to build connections both internally and externally and authoritatively convey the mission and vision of the program and Pharos. Through dialogue with others and the surrounding community, you know how to achieve objectives.

What do we offer?
The position is for 32–36 hours per week. You will initially be offered a one-year contract, which will be converted to a permanent contract if both parties are satisfied.
