We are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has extensive experience as a business leader.
  • is flexible.
  • Has a demonstrable affinity for the performing arts and, preferably, is familiar with the work of Dood Paard.

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare budgets for the structural applications.
  • Be responsible for the financial statements and the audit.
  • Financial settlement of the grants awarded.
  • Manage and monitor the budget(s) and cash flows.

  • Position of 0.4–0.6 FTE (to be determined), with a salary based on age and relevant work experience, in accordance with the 2023 Collective Bargaining Agreement for Theater and Dance.
