
As a trainee in our Talent Program, you’ll grow over the course of two years from a recent graduate with potential into a confident young professional with a wealth of subject-matter expertise—and a deep understanding of yourself! You’ll work with leading and innovative clients. In addition, over the course of these two years, you’ll go through a personal development program at Young Cofield through intensive personal coaching and follow an extensive training program.
As a trainee in ourTalent Program, you’ll grow over the course of two years from a recent graduate with potential into a confident young professional with a wealth of subject-matter expertise—and a deep understanding of yourself! Through us, you’ll have the opportunity to work with several of our leading and innovative clients. Over the course of two years, you’ll complete an average of three assignments lasting approximately six to eight months each at a wide range of companies—from startups to nonprofits to corporations—in roles such as project manager, innovation manager, business consultant, or customer journey expert. This will allow you to discover which sector, role, and environment suit you best and where your unique talents and challenges lie.
In addition, over the course of these two years, you will participate in a personal development program atYoung Cofieldthrough intensive personal guidance, including one-on-one coaching from a Talent Manager, and you will complete a comprehensive training program. This includes both hard skills training (such as Scrum, LEAN, Change Management, and Consultancy skills) and soft skills training (such as Expectation Management, Personal Vision, MBTI, and Boxing as a mirror for behavior). You’ll complete the training program alongside your team of seven other trainees, with whom you’ll build a close bond!
In addition to the strong sense of drive and ambition that defines our organization, we also place a great deal of emphasis on fostering connections among our team members. For example, we organize various team activities throughout the year, invite guest speakers to the office, go on an annual winter sports trip together, go sailing as a group, and even host our own festival!
