Chair of the Supervisory Board
The organization has an independent Supervisory Board, which oversees, among other things, the organization’s strategic development, financial health, integrity, and effectiveness. The implementation of policy and day-to-day operations is delegated to the Board of Directors. The Supervisory Board has the authority to make decisions on various aspects of strategic policy and acts as the employer of the Board of Directors. The Supervisory Board appoints the Board of Directors and evaluates its performance. The Supervisory Board consists of six members from academia, the business community, politics, and the public sector.
The position is unpaid and requires a time commitment of at least 8 working days per year. Expenses will be reimbursed.
