you feel responsible for the functioning of the Board of Trustees as a whole;

naturally takes charge and ensures that the meeting runs smoothly;

have experience as the chair of a governing body;

are familiar with the principles of the Good Governance Code and apply them.

Like every member of the Supervisory Board, you are independent: you have no business interest in the

membership on the Supervisory Board, or a direct political office in Veenendaal.
