You & Your Role
Asan Urban Marketing Manager, you will work with colleagues in those areas to give Rabobank a recognizable presence in the cities listed above. You will collaborate closely with specialists and Urban Content Marketers to carry out complex projects that contribute to growth, diversity, and local collaboration. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating impactful marketing activities as part of the national growth strategy.

- Leading campaigns and activations that contribute to urban growth within national strategies, using a creative and outside-in approach to reach and engage target audiences in new ways.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborations, demonstrating ownership, fostering teamwork, and providing substantive guidance to achieve ambitious goals.
- Translating marketing strategy into effective (local) execution, focused on strengthening KPIs, enhancing market position, and delivering impactful, target-audience-focused activations.
We are conducting a centralized recruitment drive for two Urban Marketing Managers (one focusing on young people and one on (young) businesses). As an Urban Marketing Manager, you will be based in Utrecht (as part of Chapter Marketing) and will work across all five major cities. You will serve as a strategic leader within Rabobank’s marketing team, collaborate closely with local colleagues and Urban Content Marketers, and act as the link between national strategy and local execution.

Future members of the Urban Marketing Team will build lasting customer relationships and drive economic growth in urban areas.
