All members of the Commission are expected to

Term of appointment and time commitment
A new member is elected for a term of three
year, upon the binding recommendation of the national governing bodies or the
national labor unions, parent organizations, and student organizations
appointed by the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education. After the first

The compensation for this additional position is
€652 per court case, plus travel expenses at a rate of 0.28 cents
per kilometer.
Procedure
