Our Supervisory Board plays a key role in overseeing the quality, direction, and social impact of Omroep Gelderland. For this important role, we are seeking two enthusiastic and committed members who are dedicated to the future of our organization and to the residents of Gelderland. You will bring not only expertise but also a fresh perspective that will help us become even more inclusive and forward-looking.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for two enthusiastic members to join our Board of Supervisors.
Member with a Financial Profile
You are an expert in finance and risk management. You understand the dynamics of publicly funded organizations and bring a sharp analytical eye to the table. An affinity for innovative technologies such as AI and data analysis is a plus.
Member with a Media and/or Journalism profile
You have extensive experience in the media industry, with specific knowledge of journalism, digital media, and media policy. You understand the challenges facing regional broadcasters in a changing media landscape and contribute to the strategic direction of Omroep Gelderland. An affinity for innovative technologies such as AI and data analysis is a plus.
General Competencies
In addition to the specific expertise required, you have:
- Academic level of work and thinking;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- An affinity with Omroep Gelderland’s mission and a clear connection to the province;
- A social network and the ability to translate trends and signals from society into strategic policy;
- An inclusive mindset that helps foster a diverse and complementary Board of Trustees;
- Ability to reflect on one's own performance and work effectively as part of a team;
- Integrity, independence, and a sense of responsibility;
- Clarity of roles: a clear understanding of the responsibilities and roles of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors.
