We are looking for one member with a background in social work and one member with a background in education (one of whom will be nominated by the GMR)
You are familiar with the social sector. This means you have a background in youth care, childcare, or social services. Ideally, you have administrative experience and understand what it’s like to collaborate within a coordinated approach. Developments in our society and the challenges they present require close collaboration, and you have experience with this.
You have a keen interest in employee participation and (parent) involvement. Your social perspective gives you a unique viewpoint that can enrich discussions within the Council regarding participation and integrated collaboration. You have an affinity for education, are socially engaged, and would like to contribute to a society where every child deserves an equal opportunity.
With your background in education (primary education is a plus) and your vision for educational development and quality assurance, you have a clear vision of future-oriented education. You understand the principles of education and see opportunities for innovation. Perhaps you have taught in a classroom or have gained significant practical experience in the field of education. In any case, you have a background in (special) education. You are familiar with the target groups and are committed to an inclusive society. In the coming years, education will become increasingly integrated, with the development of integrated child care centers being a key focus. We are therefore looking for people with a fresh perspective.
Candidates from diverse backgrounds (and women) are strongly encouraged to apply. Supervisory experience is not required, as long as you possess the following skills:
