We are looking for fresh, dynamic candidates who, through their experience and commitment, want to contribute to the positioning of OPO-R. Do you have a vision for the role of public primary education and are you passionate about equal opportunity? Then we are looking for you!
For the open positions, we are seeking candidates with a passion for education, and for one position, we are also looking for someone with a legal background.
's Personal Profile You are someone who brings the outside world into the classroom, for example through your understanding of the experiences of elementary school students. Ideally, you have gained experience in a social organization such as the arts and culture sector, healthcare, social services, local government, or youth services. You have experience with or a vision for educational reform or innovation and are able to inspire and motivate the board. You are open to playing an active role and are able to build connections. Your open attitude and clear communication command respect. You operate on the basis of trust. Experience in a supervisory role is not required, provided you meet the other competencies listed. The Rivierenland Public Primary Education Foundation consists of 11 public elementary schools, including 5 in Tiel, 4 in Culemborg, and 1 in Wadenoijen. The foundation also operates a special education elementary school in Tiel. The foundation also has a school for special education in Tiel. Each year, more than 1,700 students attend an OPO-R school. The foundation employs approximately 200 staff members. As public schools, we are open to everyone in society, regardless of religious beliefs or identity. Supervisory Board TheSupervisory Board is an independent body with its own responsibilities. The quality of the Supervisory Board’s performance is also part of those responsibilities.
