The government has established the National Committee on Social Hygiene (Lcsh), which will become operational on July 1, 2023. The committee, consisting of three expert members, is responsible for recognizing diplomas and managing the Social Hygiene Register. The chair has now been appointed. We are currently seeking two board members who can contribute to the development and evaluation of the committee’s policies and ensure the quality of our services and products.
It is important that the committee members have a professional network in their field and are able to operate independently. In addition, members with experience in the distribution of alcoholic beverages should no longer be active in this field in order to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
As a member of Lcsh, you contribute to the safety and integrity of our hospitality and liquor store businesses and become part of an important new committee dedicated to serving the industry. You can find more information about Lcsh and the available positions here.
The committee members will meet approximately 6 to 8 times a year. However, it is possible that meetings will be held slightly more frequently during the first year.
Lcsh is being assisted by Colourful People in this process. We believe it is important to ensure a broad range of diversity within the committee. Candidates who believe they can contribute to this are also warmly invited to apply. For further questions about the process or the job descriptions, please contact Melek Usta at Colourful People. She can be reached at m.usta@colourfulpeople.nl or by phone at 06-20424347.
To apply, please send your cover letter and resume by May 22, 2023, to www.colourfulpeople.nl. Interviews with the selection committee will take place on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, starting at 2:30 p.m. in the central part of the country.
