An enthusiastic marketing and communications professional with leadership experience.

The team is looking for a team manager who can help them continue to grow

and has good coaching skills. The goal is to promote golf

expand and attract more (young) new golfers to this wonderful

outdoor sports.

What will your role be?

As a team manager, you are responsible for all aspects of Marketing & Communications,

both B2B and B2C. You are part of the team managers' meeting and have

a crucial role because, in some cases, you are both a leader and

provide support for the products and services of other departments. You

is responsible for developing and implementing the annual plan and the

corresponding marketing budget. The marketing and communications team consists of 8

specialists. You will work closely with the team and the Editorial &

Content (both teams have a total of 13 specialists). Once every two weeks, there is

a joint meeting.

Who are we?

The Royal Dutch Golf Federation (NGF) was founded in 1914. There are

more than 427,000 golfers in the Netherlands who are members of over 270

golf clubs. The NGF aims to promote the sport of golf in the broadest sense of the word
