As a Day Program or (Employment) Participation Team Manager, you will lead teams of group counselors or program coaches who support clients on their path to day programs and employment. You will ensure strong operational management and create the right conditions for optimal care and support within mental health services. You are visible on the work floor, encourage collaboration, and firmly establish Roads as an expert in the field. In addition, you work closely with municipalities, the UWV, and other funders to achieve growth and secure long-term funding.
